E.P.I.C. If you like paying way to much
July 24, 2015My studio is in a great location. Frankly, I know that I'm paying for the location. But a $1500 studio isn't what you have in mind when you don't have an ocean view nor live on Abbot Kinney. The hardwood floors and granite counter tops are very nice, but the lack of oven, stove, and dishwasher makes cooking a bit difficult. The area and landlord are wonderful, but I would only recommend this place to a person that is just moving to LA and short on time to find something.
