Good for one person
August 17, 2015The apartments are tiny and pretty outdated, but it's a good starter apartment. The laundry facilities aren't good; you have to walk to a different building to do your laundry and they only have 4 washers and dryers. The maintenance is good. The location is great; you can walk to Lake Lansing and the park within minutes. The parking is pretty good too. There are a lot of pros and cons about these apartments. It would be good for a single person, but I wouldn't recommend these for 2 people.Review from Apartments.com
