About Greenport Gardens Apartments
Greenport Gardens Apartments in the Town of Greenport, Columbia County, NY provides a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Persons with a mental health disability are offered one-bedroom apartments with individualized support services. One-, two-, and/or three-bedroom apartments are available for lower-income individuals and families from the community who make less than 50 or 60% of the Area Median Income. Building amenities include exercise room, computer room, community room, laundry facilities, and outdoor recreational areas with large patio and built in grill. There is a live-in superintendent, and on-site staffing 24 hours a day. Rent includes heat, hot water and free Wi-Fi. ALL income information will have to be verified in order to qualify for the building. During the initial rent up, applications for strictly affordable housing opportunities will be selected on a random basis through the use of a lottery. An applicant may be interviewed only after the receipt of this tenant application which must be fully completed and signed by all adult household members. Only completed applications will be considered for housing.
