unsafe neighborhood, poor management
January 18, 2025There has been increased gun violence and loitering in the neighborhood. Seems to be a gun related incident in the neighborhood at least once a month. Property manager is very rude and unprofessional. I honestly believe she is racist, as she offers decent service to my white neighbors but not myself or an elderly Asian man or a young black woman that resides here.Review from Apartments.com
Property is great except for smoking
July 27, 2020Monica and Ed are lovely. Great building and secure garage with full size appliances including washer/dryer. The building allows smoking on the balconies which is a major downside for me and a lot of people. My upstairs neighbor smokes A LOT and I'm really starting to notice it affecting my health even though I have only lived here for two weeks. It's hot out right now and my balcony is my only window that can be opened. My throat and chest are irritated from it.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015Very nice apartments. New construction with high end finishes. Price is a bit on the high side but for the excellent property management staff and the new modern apartments it makes it worth it.
