Pesimo sitio para vivir
May 11, 2024Si están buscando un sitio para vivir, este lugar no es el indicado. En el momento de adquirir el apto te muestran el apto modelo y por supuesto este es hermoso. Este edificio lo mantienen limpio, pero es el único. Antes de rentarlo, revisen los demás edificios y notarán que lo que les muestran, no es realmente lo que le ofrecen. No hacen mantenimiento en los pasillos, por lo tanto, siempre están sucios; cobran recogidas de basuras, que tan poco recogen. Si se daña el aire acondicionado, tienes ...que soportar el calor por días, por que no lo arreglan inmediatamente y no hay ventiladores en los apartamentos. Hay cucarachas, hay roedores, definitivamente es un lugar deplorable. La administración, se encarga solo de cobrar y cobrar, pero no ayudar. Las áreas comunes son sucias. They never answer the phone
March 8, 2024Spend over $200 in non-reimbursable application fees and next day they stopped answering the phone. They don´t answer emails, messages, nothing. Other apartments application fees in the area are about $50 with more renovated facilities, so I´m applying somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

Trashy apartments
August 11, 2021I have only been living here for 2 1/2 months and my AC has broken 3 times, coincidently every month around the 9th.. The 4th day of me living there, my water heater broke. The management does nothing to help, doesn't answer emails or phone calls. When you put a work order request in, they take 5 days to fix anything. They tell you the work order was complete and then you go home and its not. They have changed property management twice since I filled the application out in March, which should say ...something. Do not move into the community, you will regret it. I read these reviews too and thought I would give it a chance, but the reviews are not wrong.
