August 2, 2015My apartment has three windows ands we allowed to put our a/c in one. a/c or air condition is $92 a yr, which is a steal. Our rent goes but our income. We have two maintence men who fix everything but my bathroom sealing. They came Friday afternoon and Saturday to fix my toilet. I was very grateful. The landlord does two apartment inspection a year. And twice a year we do paperwork to make sure we are not paying to much/not enough rent. The neighbors are very nice and nosy. But they watch out ...for you and make sure no one parks were you like to park. We also have a special place smokers, our building is smoke free yeah for asthmatics. We have a beautiful picnic table with flowers and benches in view of my windows. We have a library, a pool table, an activities room, three elevators, and three washers and drivers only $1.25 a load. And we have help with food for people who need it. There is parking for both handicapped and regular parking. Heat, hot water ,and electricy are all included.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
