February 20, 2025I love the fact that my neighbors have became my friends. The only bad thing is limited parking on the street and even in the parking garage you might not find parking available on your level and two of the three doors do not have a handle on it and cannot get in one Of the boxes seem to be broken and the other box in the middle when you call yourself, it does not open the door. The signal light stays red and does not turn green like it used to.Review from Apartments.com

February 1, 2025My experience was moderate. Maintenance crew is nice and friendly. Convenient location. They will have food trucks often out front, which is nice . The entry doors hardly ever work though. Can’t use the call box to get in either. Gym is dirty most times and the sky lounge has been out of commission for a long time. Overall my experience still wasn’t terrible, just a few drawbacks.Review from Apartments.com

January 25, 2025Roof access not being available is such a disappointment. Why not open the inside area so we can at least have some space to use amenities like pool table and the areas with couch? We pay a lot to live here and the roof has been closed for a year in May and it’s already almost February.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025It’s honestly a really great place to live, my only concerns are really about the incident that happened in September last year in the garage—not much was communicated about that, though I understand as an apartment complex you wouldn’t necessarily want that news spreading. As a resident, however, it would have been good to know the circumstances surrounding the incident and if we were safe living here. My only other qualm is just how dirty and gross the trash piling up outside of the doors ...leading into the hallways from the garage is. Not very pleasant coming home to that. Other than that I’ve really enjoyed my experience here! :)Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024I love my community with Hardy Yards Apt. The atmosphere Is so refreshing. The staff is extremely welcoming and professional, especially Chelsea!
