    We absolutely love living here at Haus-25! After moving here from New York, it's been the best experience so far. The commute back into the city is incredibly smooth, easy, and quick! Harvest Wednesdays are one of our favorite days of the week. My husband’s favorite amenity is the golf simulator, while I’m a huge fan of the Zumba classes on Wednesdays. This building truly offers a wealth of great amenities. We also enjoy seeing all the adorable furry friends who live here. A special shout-out ...

    Toured a couple of properties in the area and immediately was drawn to Haus25. The office was extremely enthusiastic and helpful and walked us through the process every step of the way. The property is outstanding with many fun amenities for residents. The leasing specialist who helped us with the process, Laura, was amazing and answered all of my questions (she’s the best!).     As soon as we took our first tour at Haus25, we knew it would be our new home. Joe is an excellent leasing specialist who answered all our questions and was so patient as I even came back a second time to look at a few different apartments/layouts until we found the right one for us.     Love our apartment with amazing views of NYC in the east and Lady Liberty on the south side. Amenities are top tier, staff is friendly and super attentive.   • Awesome building

    Recently did a tour at Haus25. The amenities are amazing - my favorite was the hydroponic herb garden for residents followed closely by the golf simulator. Gym was huge and there are plenty of hang out areas - they've really made the building a home where you don't have to leave. The apartments and finishes are really nice, some had extensive views of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty. Shoutout to Joseph who was super professional and friendly - thx!

    Amazing building! Fantastic amenities, great unit layouts (and building quality itself - we never hear anything from other units). The staff also makes for a seamless living experience, from Joseph helping us with our leasing, was super responsive and helpful, to the building staff, who are quick to help support any maintenance requests. Also centrally located just minutes to Grove/Exchange PATH trains, or Paulus Hook/Downtown for meals. Couldn’t ask for more

    Living at Haus25 has exceeded my expectations on every level. From the moment I moved in, I've been blown away by the exceptional quality of service, the building/amenity package & the entire Haus25 team I have interacted with so far. The amenities at Haus25 are world-class. The fitness club is top-notch, the pool area & roof deck feel like you're at a resort (TVs, grills, hot tub, cabanas), the penthouse rooftop terrace offers the BEST views of the nyc skyline, river, & Statue of Liberty.     entire community is meticulously maintained. The hydroponics farm is super cool - we have access to organic produce weekly as part of the amenity package & you can pick/grow with the farmers. I have never seen this offered as a resident amenity before — pretty amazing! Prime downtown location couldn't be better. Daniel & Jose at the concierge desk deserve special mention for their outstanding service. They are always friendly, helpful & quick to assist with any requests, making Haus25 feel like a true home. I would like to give a special shout-out to Patricia from the leasing office. Without her, I'm not sure I would have had such a seamless (and even fun) experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable & made sure every detail was taken care of. I was moving back to NJ from out of the country & from my initial conversation with Patricia, I knew Haus25 was going to be it. She painted a vivid picture of what it would be like living at Haus25 with so much enthusiasm. I had lots of questions prior to moving in & she not only handled them promptly but was extremely proactive & consistent in her communication throughout the process. I was never left guessing what was needed. Haus25 recently hosted a big summer party with a DJ, drummer, catering & open bar...I completely forgot about the party, but luckily, I got a phone call from Patricia reminding me about it. It was such a great event! I The level of care & thought put into the resident experience by the entire Haus25 team is something I have not experienced before in a residential building. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move to Haus25. It so far has exceeded all expectations in terms of luxury, hospitality, convenience, & above all, a sense of community.
