    I paid $260 to apply here and got turned down because I had an issue with a college apartment FOUR YEARS AGO... Never mind the fact that Ive made solid rent payments elsewhere for the last four years... I also provided proof of income which is way more than the usual 3 times the monthly rent minimum... I received no sympathy or even a chance to explain my story to the apartment complex... You dont even get all your money back, I have to wait to receive a $200 check in the mail... It will be a ...

    Apartments are OK. It is extremely loud, sounds like banging in my apartment constantly. Despite complaints nothing has been done. Despite strict rules regarding walking pets on leash and picking up after pets, many residents don't do it and nothing is done about it. lately there is a lot of trash around the grounds and it isn't cleaned up. There is also a car care center to give you auto a quick wash. It is pet friendly and even has a special area for dogs to run around and exercise. The management staff is wonderful.
