Safe Haven I moved to NC from IL over 3 and a half years ago. I was on a vacation to Emerald Isle and loved it. Haven at Wildwood was one of the first places I looked at and I loved it. Now I have been for over 3 years, the reason is it's private and quiet. The property is well maintained and the service is quick and always addressed. Thi The last thing I love is the pool and fitness room. The pool is like a resort pool and is so clean. The only thing I don't like about this place is the ...
very high rent and fees.. I've never heard of any place in my 60 years that has a $75 fee for being 5 days late after the first. I plan on staying here as long as I can until the rent keeps going up.

I paid $260 to apply here and got turned down because I had an issue with a college apartment FOUR YEARS AGO... Never mind the fact that Ive made solid rent payments elsewhere for the last four years... I also provided proof of income which is way more than the usual 3 times the monthly rent minimum... I received no sympathy or even a chance to explain my story to the apartment complex... You dont even get all your money back, I have to wait to receive a $200 check in the mail... It will be a ...

Apartments are OK. It is extremely loud, sounds like banging in my apartment constantly. Despite complaints nothing has been done. Despite strict rules regarding walking pets on leash and picking up after pets, many residents don't do it and nothing is done about it. lately there is a lot of trash around the grounds and it isn't cleaned up. Not worth the price considering all the hassle. If you don't care about dodging dog poop around the grounds or loud neighbors, then pay the premium price, ...

I moved to NC from CT just over a year ago. I love the apartment I found. Close to just about everything. I have two bedroom and two full baths. We have a lovely pool on the premises. There is also a car care center to give you auto a quick wash. It is pet friendly and even has a special area for dogs to run around and exercise. The management staff is wonderful.
