Highland Terrace Gets High Marks
July 30, 2015Ten years ago my very young sons and I were looking for a safe, clean, affordable and convenient place to live. I found Highland Terrace Apartments in Saint Paul, Minnesota and have been here ever since. I think one of the most important things about apartment living is strong management. You want responsiveness, you want to see the place looking good and well maintained, and you want to feel safe - especially for your family members. I found this in Highland Terrace. Let me tell you what ...has made me stay here and what will make you want to live here. The location has just about everything you could need within easy walking distance - health care, food, movies, library, pharmacy, coffee shops, workout facilities, bookstores and restaurants to name a few. The facilities are clean and well maintained with regular renewal of items like new windows, offers to clean rugs, appliance updates and even now as I write this we are getting new carpeting in the halls and stairwells. But the personal touches are what put Highland Terrace in a particularly special place. There is green space to enjoy with picnic tables, gas grills and even a community garden. When that garden went in a few years ago I was so excited to have another place to be outdoors and to grow fresh food. We have all apartment picnics and get to know our apartment neighbors and fellow gardeners. If you are looking for a place to call home in the Twin Cities I highly recommend Highland Terrace Apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
