Buildings are being renovated. Lawn and trash are now managed. Security guards are active and patrol. Big improvement from last year.

They don't fix anything when u ask.they always ask for the rent on the first but never wants to fix anything until a year is up.they quick to put people out it they don't have all the money for they light bill.we don't suppose to have animals but they still let people have them.my window got busted open by kids and they still haven't fix it.
