Lawn care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent. **Please Note : We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.** Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet and Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet per month.
