August 5, 2015I live in an low income disabled apt complex called Hopkins place.I live on the 2nd floor and there's an elevator in the building. It could have some improvements since the elevator keeps going out and I have mobility issues and can't go down ? the stairs.I would really appreciate it if I could win ? rent for a year then I can move to a different place.Review from Apartments.com
