Location! But that's about it...
August 16, 2015Great location in Capitol Hill! Newish windows that are pretty good with keeping out the weather. Good value for the area, particularly considering the rental market in Denver. But unfortunately that's where the good qualities of this building stop. Pretty unresponsive management, maintenance issues with boiler (heat and hot water), laundry facilities, security door, etc. A little bit of attention from the management company would go a long way in making this building better!Review from Apartments.com
