We manage some of the area's most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide excellent communities for the people who have chosen our apartments. Our tenants feel confident knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issues as it relates to their safety or the integrity of your apartment. We are not a corporation and truly enjoy knowing each and every one of our tenants. Our apartments are located just west of Heritage Hills Shopping Center & south west of Willow Plaza. Some of our favorites are Okie Joe's Nut House, Jumbo's Food (groceries & deli), Star Nails, Katy's Pantry, Marco's & Davinci's Coffee House!!! You'll enjoy the quiet and safe environment here. We've just remodeled our pool in 2016 and resurfaced/painted our tennis court in 2015. We offer a laundry facility on site as well

Renters Reviews and Ratings
Apartments and tired and management is stretched thin
October 2, 2022The management team means well, but they’re stretched so thin. Three properties make them incredibly busy and therefore, Hunters Hill suffers. The buildings are in need of painting, porches are chipping and peeling. Sand constantly spills on the sidewalk because the landscaping is tired. Tenants were noisy and in the pool after hours when it was open, and then the managers would say to call the cops to solve it. The most frustrating part is they believed a solution to the pool being closed was ...to give us access to Fountain Lake’s pool. There was multiple times I put in maintenance requests and then had to inquire to get it fixed up to a week later. (Like a broken disposal with food now rotting in it) Unfortunately, something that management can’t get under control is the dogs. This complex was advertised as no dogs and everyone and their mother seems to have a dog because ESAs. Not service animals, just emotional support which is not a protected category.
