Roach Nightmare
March 4, 2026Save yourself the trouble of fighting cockroaches for the entirety of your lease. I find several roaches a day- in my dresser, my shower, my pantry, my cabinets, even my bed- and I have shelled out at least $100 trying to get rid of these things. The poison that the apartment management brings out does absolutely nothing to stop them. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Find anywhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
Best Property management I've ever worked with.
April 7, 2025I've enjoyed living here. Rent prices are good, they're always renovating to make improvements to the units, it's pet friendly, and there's no bugs! Pest control comes by regularly. Misty is the best property manager I've ever had. Neighbors are occasionally a little noisy, but it's not too bad. I would definitely recommend!Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2025Wonderful apartment complex to live at! The office staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to work out what will be best for you, maintenance staff is quick to resolve any issues, and the complex is frequently improving resident life with new amenities. In the 6 months I’ve been here a new fitness center has been added, dog park, pet stations, and currently in the works a new privacy fence in front of one of the building. Cheap at first, but it will COST YOU!
March 22, 2019The only good thing about this apartment is the initial prices of the studio bedroom. The apartments are infested with roaches and no amount of pest control seems to stop them. Various things tend to break often (which i understand because the appliances are usually old) but the maintenance staff always argues with me about whether or not they should fix it because it isnt 'broken enough'- and yes, when your fridge stops getting cold and food starts to spoil it is broken. The new management are ...rude and extremely unhelpful. Whenever I did anything other than turning in money, they were not happy to help me and extremely standoffish. There are a lot of fake 5 star reviews because the management holds monthly free giveaways for 5 star reviews ( things like nachos coupons from small restaurants). THE ONLY REASON YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE IS IF YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. When i left i had spent days cleaning my apartment and still gotten charged $800 for 2 stove drip pans! (Which cost about $30-50 at Walmart.) I have friends who were charged even more. This place is cheap at first but extremely expensive to leave. February 6, 2018I have lived at Tuscany for several months and until end of last month I wasn’t sure if I made the right choice. The new manager Crystal is amazing and making my home the perfect choice! It is amazing what a difference one person can make to an entire community.
