I rented one bedroom apartment at Jefferson House, deposited required security. But when i was moving out I asked for security refund, they told me they gonna send me by Mail on my new address within a month. They never did, I called the office n found out management has been changed. I was provided contact of old management, they said new managment has all record n they ll give I refund cheque. Calling back n forth I gave up. Worst customer service ever. Never go over there

About three years ago, i had a friend live in these apartments. Not sure if it is under the same management but the staff and all residents were amazing. With great location, being right by everything i would need as a father and a husband, makes Jefferson House Apartments a great place to raise a family. I was extremely impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. I look forward to applying at Jefferson House Apartments... Also, free rent for life sounds amazing. As I said before, ...

About three years ago, I had a friend live in these apartments. Overall, the staff and residents were phenomenal. If I could live in these apartments, I would be very grateful. As a husband and father, these apartments are in a prime location to access any amenities I would need right around the corner. Also, I couldn't begin to describe how amazing it would be to have rent free for life. As I said, I am a husband and a father and in today's world it is hard to juggle the expenses of two small ...
children, bills, and life in general. I was very pleased with the upkeep and overall cleanliness of the complex and look forward to being a resident in the near future.
