  • Bad management horrible place to live

    Other then that it’s great! If you don’t mind broke washing machines that they won’t fix heat or hot water pretty much anything maintenance don’t know how to fix a thing. They all do nothing and get paid. Ask anyone that still lives their or read the reviews.

  • Waste of Time

    My husband and I tried applying there. It took them 2 months just to cash the application fee. Shortly after, we got a letter in the mail saying we weren't accepted, and the letter was ripped up in half inside the envelope with a completely different zip code that was far off from ours on the envelope. They couldn't even call to tell us

  • My experiences at Keeneland Village

    I am a current resident and I've been here almost 3 years. No rental property, especially apartment living is perfect. Of all the places I've rented the only place that was better was a duplex with a private owner. As far as corporate ownership goes this is the best I've had. I'm disabled and if I need something special I ask. They are very good about putting notices on our doors in advance for things. It is quiet and across from a pond, walking paths and bike trails. I see wildlife all the time. ...
    I enjoy living here and plan to stay for the indefinite future. Now, I will admit when I first moved here we went through some growing pains with a lot of management changes. That seems to be under control and our current liaison is a wonderful person, just very busy.

    Renting from Campbell Properties has been a nightmare! I lived in the Keeneland Village apartment and have never seen worse management! The only time you are able to get ahold of anyone is when they need something from you. If you call with questions or need repairs you will not receive any communication back. They make up fees to charge that are ridiculous, for example $70 fee for open windows in the winter months, $200 for not put garbage in the dumpsters even if they are over flowing. They ...
    also do not have a cleaning person to take care of the building. The hallways and stairways have never been vacuumed in the two years I have lived here! The Sartell police are here daily. If you are looking to rent, do not choose any Campbell Properties they are the worst place to live!!!

    Short story my roommate's bank made an error when he was paying for rent one month. Due to this error the property will no longer accept ACH payments online, requiring us to pay by mail or person each month. Huge unnecessary hassle, only foreseeable reason is to cause extra charge in late fees. This is compounded by generally shady business practices. They do not care to accommodate you or your experience, they care only to squeeze as much money as they can out of your stay. Suggest going ...
    with a different rental company that has moral fiber. I assume the corporation that runs this rental company is exclusively there to siphon money off of people as a common business practice. Have suspicions towards the legality of some standardized business practices they pursue. Staff was never knowledgeable about property information but I tolerated the ineptitude until this completely unnecessary debacle. You can simply find a better rental company to go through. If you'd like competence go elsewhere.
