The apartments at Kelly Highlands are upscale with a lot of amenities. Zoe, the leasing agent is very nice. This is a wonderful community to live in!

Friendly staff and great apartment

Kelly Highlands has such a great atmosphere! I took a tour of an apartment a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and so helpful by answering all of the questions I had. Zoe walked me through the entire application and waitlist process. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. The apartment was spacious and the complex as a whole was very well kept. Highly recommend!
