June 17, 2020If everything worked as hard as Tim and Darrell, it would be the best complex in Columbia. These guys work their butts off and are happy to always help. I have really appreciated all the work they've done. The complex itself is pretty nice. Apartment is clean and sharp. Grounds are well kept. Office has problems
June 12, 2020The front office likes to say one thing and go back and do something different then say it’s not their fault. Was promised 1st level apartment then found out on the moving day that it was in fact a second level and we weren’t even notified. If you do choose to live here just make sure that everything they say is in writing as they will wiggle their way out of any requests or agreementsProperty Manager Responded

April 3, 2018Kitty Hawk recently went under new management, and it's been downhill since then. They've lost my rent payment, they've sent multiple people into my apartment WITH ZERO WARNING like three or four times last year alone, they "forget" to run my auto-payment, their voicemail system doesn't work, the email address the office secretary gave me bounces back as MAILER DAEMON (i had to call them and get their correct email from their voicemail recording which, mind you, doesn't ACTUALLY take your ...voicemail)... The list goes on. It's exhausting. They literally only get a 2 from me rather than a 1 because this area is pretty quiet, and my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
