  • Not so great anymore

    November 2, 2024
    At first, it was amazing living here. Building is near to all. Unfortunately corporate accounting changes caused over collection of auto rent payments. Managers say they open tickets with corporate and never follow up. Ive sent 10+ emails, left messages. I’ve now been waiting 33 days for my final move out statement. The building manager won’t ever return a call herself. I emailed again, was told they would review and again, no response. Unfortunate experience, no aloha here. Hopefully ...
    better for others.

In addition to the fantastic front desk staff and management, the building itself is also top-notch. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light and great amenities. The fitness center is excellent, and the outdoor areas are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment building Lilia for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
