Things always changing but never for the good
November 1, 2024This place looks ok. Close to the highway but that's all you've got. The parking spaces are small, dog poop everywhere even next to the trash stations designed to pick up dog poop. The walls are thin you an hear everything. The staff is nice but the living situation is trying.Review from Apartments.com

March 13, 2024I have live in several complexes in the DFW area and La Costa Villas has been the best of all. Management is very responsive to any requests or issues I may have had. Maintenance is truly top notch. Any maintenance requests I have had has been handled promptly and to my complete satisfaction. It's quiet and there is always parking which is so nice.
