  • Things always changing but never for the good

    This place looks ok. Close to the highway but that's all you've got. The parking spaces are small, dog poop everywhere even next to the trash stations designed to pick up dog poop. The walls are thin you an hear everything. The staff is nice but the living situation is trying.

    I really appreciate all provided help and explanation from the administration, move-in was as easy as possible and fast. There are small stuff to fix in the apartment when we moved in but nothing critical. Overall experience is great. I would recommend moving in here for sure.

    I have moved in and out of Dallas for the last few years. When moving back to Dallas I have always checked in with La Costa Villas first and been very satisfied with the apartment that was available and its location.     I have live in several complexes in the DFW area and La Costa Villas has been the best of all. Management is very responsive to any requests or issues I may have had. Maintenance is truly top notch. Any maintenance requests I have had has been handled promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend La Costa Villas for anyone searching for their next apartment home.

    Our experience here has been mostly good. We love our apartment location close to the leasing office, and the updated apartment amenities. It's quiet and there is always parking which is so nice. Our experience with pet rent has been incredibly difficult and annoying despite doing everything right, but otherwise we'd recommend this location to simple folks looking for an easy place to live.

    I have found La Costa Villas a great place to live. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained. The office personnel and maintenance crew are the best. Everything is taken care of expeditiously. This is my third time to lease here and it’s always the same great experience.
