Great location and affordable
April 20, 2019Located about 2 min from downtown La Mesa. Great landscaping and price is affordable for San Diego. I have a one bedroom and the master is huge with new wood floors. It’s unfortunate that a lot of people complain and never lost positive info. Sad.Review from Apartments.com

February 19, 2019Awful place to live. Water is shut off once a week. They never respond to any emails or voicemails. They charge you for things that they are suppose to take care of. The management is just awful. And the buildings are made of cheap materials. Several apartments had water damage INSIDE after the rain.Review from Apartments.com

August 3, 2015Very clean and well maintained garden landscaping. Maintenance is always available and courteous. Parking in lot usually available as well as reserved parking for $30 extra per month. Complex is very quiet and peaceful. Anna the manager is always available and friendly!! Bigger square footage than most for the price.
