March 25, 2017Every time I go there no one is in the office it is hard to reach someone the don't answer the phone and don't return call after leaving messages it don't make sence called corporate and nothing has been done about it so don't understand why post for rent if not trying to rent out unitsReview from Apartments.com
Regarding Management...
January 13, 2017Well, I called several times...they never answered. So I left a message...they never returned a call. Is this indicative of how the place is run? I did find a place in the Reno area where the managers are polite and they return calls. A word to the management of Lahontan Springs: If you want to rent apartments you either answer your phone or return calls.Review from Apartments.com

September 5, 2015While I love my community this apartment needs work. It seems a lot hasn't been updated in the last ten years since it was built. My fridge makes horrid noise that our lovely handyman has tried to fix but unless it breaks I get to listen to it clank at all hours. I also have major issues with carpeting problems, holes and threadbare spaces all over.Review from Apartments.com
