Step into your sunny and open new townhome - complete with 10 foot ceilings and huge windows in your living room which allow natural light to stream in through your living room and kitchen!! Our townhomes include high speed 1 Gigabit Fiber Internet!! We offer an all inclusive utility package for $190 per month. Your internet and utility accounts are set up for you, all you have to do is move in and connect! We also have one 3 bedroom 3 bath 1500 + SF townhouse. This has all the amenities of our 2 bedroom floor plan but with even more space and a main floor master, walk in closet and bathroom! We offer an all inclusive utility package on our 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome for $220 per month. Select townhomes are newly updated with brand new hardwood floors. We also have a limited availability of FULLY FURNISHED townhomes at an all inclusive rate! Excellent, Kid-Safe Living Experience at Lake Broadway Apartments
January 19, 2026Lake Broadway Apartments has been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community. The apartments are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and well-maintained common areas. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which makes day-to-day living stress-free. The community itself is quiet, safe, ...and friendly, creating a very pleasant living environment. One of the biggest highlights is the location—convenient access to shopping, dining, and daily necessities while still maintaining a peaceful residential feel. Overall, Lake Broadway Apartments offers excellent value, great management, and a quality living experience. Used to be good but new management is awful. Live somewhere else
August 25, 2023This used to be a great property with decent management. A recent change in management has ruined what was good about these apartments. Find somewhere else to live. They play silly games like announcing impromptu "home inspections" with less than a weeks notice then cancel the day of. They claim this is due to inadequate weather- except the weather is exactly as it was forecasted when they announced these inspections. They take out their poor planning on their tenets because they're ...inconsiderate and have no interest in pretending to care. Additionally, they claim to have quick responding maintenance but in reality they artificially inflate their response time by marking problems as resolved once they begin working on them, not when the job is actually complete. They let the lawn go uncut for nearly 2 full months, till there were sections that were easily above a foot tall, then lied and try to say it wasn't their fault instead of taking accountability. The list goes on, but the unfortunate reality is the new management sucks and you'll be happier living somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
