December 23, 2025I'd have to say Lake Place is the best experience I have ever had with apartment living overall. The residents have been quiet, friendly and respectful. November 24, 2025Excellent home and the most friendly landlords. Love my home! My kids and I enjoy the hot tub at the Lake Place Apartments, and sometimes we go to the restaurants and the mall near my home, just a five-minute drive. Really nice!Review from Apartments.com

October 3, 2025I live here over a year. I love everything about this place. The managers (Leslie and & Lori) are amazing. They really do care about their tenants. Maintenance is excellent. August 12, 2025My two kids and I love the Lake Place Apartments. We enjoy our new home, which features an excellent swimming pool, a hot tub, a large backyard near Lake Neill with a walking/biking trail, and a better patio. The landlords are friendly! June 26, 2025I love living at lake place! The staff is so welcoming and helpful with all of my questions. The apartments are well kept and updated. The price is very reasonable and worth it.
