Not good
July 19, 2023I've lived here for almost 5 years and my experience continues to get worse every year. Management is AWFUL!! They constantly make changes at random that are an inconvenience to the residences. For example they switched over the payment system for the laundry unit over night with no notice and claimed they had no idea it was going to happen. The washers and dryers are constantly broken and dirty. Don’t expect to get your packages because they are constantly stolen and management refuses to take ...responsibility or fix the issue. The only positive is the location and parking.Property Manager Responded

I apologize for the abrupt switch in the laundry unit payment system without prior notice. That was certainly not our intention, and we acknowledge the importance of clear communication when implementing changes that affect our residents' daily routines. Regarding the ongoing issues with the washers, dryers, and cleanliness, we understand how frustrating this can be. We are actively working to address these maintenance concerns promptly to ensure that the laundry facilities are functioning properly and kept in a clean condition.

AVOID THIS PLACE
April 10, 2023I had mold in my unit and reported it, maintenance never came so I had to live there for a few weeks until I moved out and lived with my parents until I could find another place. Seriously, management does not care about you. I was extremely dissatisfied and would never recommend this place to anyone!Review from Apartments.com

Good place at first
November 24, 2021So we have been living here for many years and unfortunately, things are getting bad. Leasing office does things without give advance notice that they are going to change some things around the apartment complex. We always have broken laundromats and elevators. A gem in a hard time
August 7, 2015I am a full time graduate student while simultaneously working full time as well. The city is tough enough without having to worry about housing. I currently got very lucky and landed a private bedroom/bath in a house with 6 other girls. My dream of always wanting to know what it was like to live in a sorority house was rudely awaken when I learned that it isn't my cup of tea. I just want a nice quiet place to call my own. I want somewhere I can curl up and read a nice book at night and night ...have to run behind people cleaning up their messes. Though the place isn't my ideal it is home right now and I am grateful. I moved out here from Pennsylvania and the city is a big change for me. The plus sides are I have a very lovely land lady and it isn't too far from my school and job in downtown San Francisco but it would be nice not to have to worry about supporting myself through school and rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best Place To Live IN SF
July 24, 2015I moved into this building in March 2015. I found the Apartment on Apartments.com great site btw. I have lived in SF my whole life and didn't really know about this place. The rent is affordable (for SF standards) pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna's, tennis courts and right across the street from Lake Merced. I tell people that this is my little lake house :). besides the other apartments in the building you can barely see any buildings around this place. That is because the prestigious Olympic ...Club is right in the backyard and the Lake Merced takes the entire front. You are a block from the beach, but it doesn't get too windy because the sand dunes block the heavy winds. I definitely recomend. A good place to live if you love nature and you drive
July 24, 2013It's next to Lake Merced, surrounded by two golf courts and only 5 mins driving to the beach. Very nice view when it's sunny, but this area is generally foggy and cold. Public transition is a big problem, so you have to have a car to live here, unless you are a student in SFSU. Bus 18 can take you straight to the campus. Very old building very slow elevator. It can be noisy if some stupid residents choose to come back home in the middle of night and have their music on aloud while they are ...parking under your balcony.
