Great school district/neighborhood & cheap
May 10, 2020Not sure what that other review is so angry about, I found the ad here have been renting for 2 years. Affordable and the land lord is so understanding and nice. September 22, 2019This place is the biggest waste of money! Everything is extremely cheap, and the landlord knows it. If his 20+ year old appliances stop working you are responsible for having them fixed or replaced. If there are bugs in your apartment you have to pay for pest control, even though the doors don’t close all the way and have gaps, the windows have gaps and there are no screens on the windows. There is laminate flooring in the KITCHEN and BATHROOM. Laminate gets ruined when it gets wet, so that’s ...just another way for him to get your money. He walls are extremely thin and you can hear the kid next door running and screaming all day, or the 8 people that live above you in a 2 bedroom apartment stomping and talking loudly. Make sure you have someone who knows legal terms read the lease. You have to pay for professional carpet cleaning before you move out and have a receipt to give him as proof. Your lease terms are set from the day you move in, yet he wants two months notice before you move out or he will take your deposit, even though he never told you that and you had a lease end date. Trust me, take all the money you will save by not living here and pay a little extra each month to live somewhere much better.
