October 10, 201530 unit building on the river. Nice grounds & good maintenance but it's a wood frame building with too much noise from the apt. above. Plenty of parking including spaces for guests. Indoors mail delivery.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015Tiny apt. in a wood frame building of 30 for age 62 & up or disabled of any age. Rent is 30% of monthly income. No sound insulation between floors. :-( Yapping little dogs allowed.
