A few things were broken in the apartment, and was given 48 hours to turn in a walk through list. But am still finding things that need to be on the list as well as broken down appliances and windows/blinds. February 15, 2024Lauren Ridge management personnel and maintenance team has been superb in my 2 year stay so far. The community is clean, safe, the staff are friendly however, the lease rate increases makes it difficult to make this a long term solution. Annual 10-20% rent hikes aren't sustainable.
