Things need fixing
April 13, 2019We’ve been living here for a little under 10 years, and they have switched owners several times, each time we have a complaint about something that needs fixing it never gets done. There is trash everywhere, tenants never follow the rules. Just today we have a horrible stench filling out apartment we filed a complaint and still haven’t gotten a response, I don’t recommend living here at all, unless you’re down to live like a zoo animal.Review from Apartments.com
Has lousy management.
January 10, 2017On different occasions, my vehicle has been vandalized with scratches and other tenant vehicles have been broken into. Some have made an attempt to report it to the police, but there's not much they can do but just record the claim. In the years of living here, the landlord has not made the necessary steps to try and prevent these types of crimes from happening like sending out courtesy notices to the tenants. Also when paying for the rent he never gives the receipts to you on time and just ...tosses them in your mail box months later. We also have a hard time getting a hold of him to fix issues around the apartments. When the Valley experienced hail damage in 2012 it took him three (3) years to repair a broken window I had taped up. So if you are willing to accept your car being vandalized and like dealing with lousy management then this is the place, but I suggest you look else where, I have began to look into other apartments, I don't recommend any one living under these circumstances at all, everyone deserves great service especially if you are having to pay rent to them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
