Obviously they are running some sort of slum here in which they don't actually put any care into the units. They have recently redone the outside of the building and I'm assuming that this is the reason that they have decided to raise the rent so much. Steer clear of this location at all costs even though the price looks good you will have many other issues that you were dealing with. Management is generally unresponsive and when they do respond quite often insinuate that I am either lying about these issues or that they didn't know that the issues were occurring.
