Not worth it!
November 24, 2023Tiny apartments with one Pax closet per room (no built-in). Heating is no good. You can use the installed AC/heater unit to stay warm but that'll cost you in utility bills. The closets are placed in all the wrong/inconvenient areas. The 2nd bedroom is very small.Review from Apartments.com
POOR INSULATION | PACKAGES WILL BE STOLEN
January 25, 2023do not move here unless you want to live in an icebox in the winter and oven in the summer. This building is not family friendly. Blinds fall out very easily and delivery men will 90% of the time never take your packages to the package room they will leave it out in the open for it to get stolen. March 13, 2021We lived in this building for 9 months and would’ve broken the lease sooner if we could. Since day 1, the building misrepresented itself to us. We had multiple maintenance issues which were not adequately repaired during this timeframe until the last few weeks when we put pressure on management. Maintenance issues included doorknob falling off main door and locking tenants inside, bathroom cabinet falling on tenant(taped to wall), poor insulation, and broken blinds(multiple ones stapled or taped) ...which keeps you from being able to open your blinds without them falling off. While these things were reported to the super, the super was not very helpful and would try to convince us that these problems were not issues which was reiterated by the management company.
