November 15, 2024My husband and I moved from New Jersey back in May when the apartments first opened and the leasing agent was informative and super accommodating. I enjoy the amenities such as the pool in the summer time and it is always kept clean. I also like the doggy service stations located around the property to maintain a clean environment. Great Area
November 12, 2024I picked this complex based on its location. It is located in a quieter area and I can drive up the road still to the retail stores, mall, and some fast food options. And at the same time, a reasonable distance for me to get to VT’s campus on the weekdays and avoid any heavier traffic on the weekends due to football.Property Manager Responded

Madison apartments-great experience!
November 7, 2024Moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at the Madison Apartments this year and have had a great experience. The apartment itself was built very nicely, and has been a comfortable living experience. The leasing office and maintenance has been helpful in assisting me with any concerns I’ve had in a timely manner. Has a well maintained gym and pool.
