October 25, 2022The new management have no idea of what is going on here. I have never seen such lackadaisical bunch! They don’t pick calls or respond to mails. How would they even answer questions when they are all clueless! Regret moving here.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2022The apartment isn't properly cared for. Sloppy paint work, one of our windows doesn't latch properly and we're paying $25 for a "security" alarm that doesn't even work. All the outlet covers fall off with regular use. One of our lights continues to flicker after we had someone come out to look at it. It's not properly attached to the ceiling. There is a lot of natural beauty surrounding the building, and is very close to a shopping center.
