It’s quite pet friendly well kept and the staff is friendly when available. Maintenance is awesome and always willing to go the extra mile and a friendly hello on a daily basis. February 19, 2024Hi. We liked Madison at Melrose. It's a very nice community which is attractive and well maintained. it's quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed it. We didn't have a dog, but we saw lots of dog-walkers enjoying their walks with their dogs on the very attractive grounds, and there is even a small fenced yard with some apartments. The apartment is well laid out and seems spacious for the square footage. We enjoyed the view from our patio window of two of the beautiful pine trees that dot the complex. ...The laundry closet for a washer and dryer is very nice. The management is very friendly and take care of maintenance requests right away. We had to move for personal reasons, but recommend the apartments as a very nice place to live!Property Manager Responded
