One major flaw- my unit was completley open with no privacy between rooms with no ceiling in your personal bedroom and that can be a lot to live with for a year on top of everything else I listed. Most neighbors are courteous but I lived next to some jerks that screamed at a video game all the time. Overall its a good bang for your buck but don't be boujie and make sure you are comfortable in your choice before signing. You have to pay all utilities out of pocket!!!!
