      Laundry on site, utilities included in rent. I have lived there 5 years and am glad I moved here. Monthly potlucks and bingo games. Very tight community where people check up on you

    • Neighbors will attack you

      Not a friendly place to live most there will spread rumors about you treat you like crap and attack you while your back is turned if moving to the mt pleasant community avoid moving here if you make a complaint about someone expect getting wrote up also. Also some neighbors don't fallow the no loud noise after 9:30 p.m. rule its never enforced so chose wisely on where you move
