If you’re desperate for cheap housing this place is great
June 11, 2018There is NO parking here. You have to park illegally overnight on side streets, or park legally by the school (but when that happened, someone SMASHED A PAVER STONE through the car window for fun). The schools aren’t good. The neighbors are ok, but passive aggressive about parking (or even aggressive- ive had people race to beat me to spots). And some cars don’t move from the lots for DAYS. Having less than 50 parking spots for tenants is ridiculous. Have spent an hour looking for legal parking ...before needing to park illegally on side streets. The rooms are ok but very old. lovely place!
July 30, 2015This is a lovely garden apartment complex, and the apartments are well kept and up to date. They take care of the grounds well and the neighborhood is very quiet, except on football game nights. Parking is easy, even if you don't rent a spot. They do officially reject pets, but don't seem to enforce that rule, as many apartments have dogs.Review from Apartments.com
