Not what i expected
October 27, 2024the walls are VERYT THIN!! NEIGHBORS DO NOT HAVE ANY COURTESY WHATSOEVER!! once you contact the office about any issue as far as something wrong in the house , loud neighbors , THEFT, or bugs they DO NOT. Respond immediately they put everything on hold unless it’s a mandatory emergency… pricing goes up by the day.. the more people who move in the higher you have to pay !Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2023I've driven by these apts. a few times, finally decided to stop by we were surprised at how quiet they were especially on the weekend when kids are out of school, and the grounds were super clean, and Ms. Zuri was just awesome she was so welcoming and inviting, she showed us around, explained all the great amenities on the property, and addressed any concerns we had. June 9, 2023I went on a tour in search of our family’s new home. Ms. Monica, the lady that gave us the tour, was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She made us feel as if we were already home. Terrible
February 1, 2023We moved into these apartments thinking it was going to be great, little do we know it was very poorly built. The cocking is horrific, floors are coming up in 1 month, and management is beyond rude and unprofessional. We would do something once and never get a warning for it, instead immediately fined, but come to find out our neighbors have been doing the same thing for 2 weeks and have not been told a single thing.
