March 14, 2026Recently moved in and even on the first day the apartment just felt comfortable. Everything is brand new and the builders thoughtfully built it with quality appliances. The apartment is beautiful, the hallways are a little confusing and could use more elevators. The parking garage a bit tight and I loose cell service. November 23, 2025I love the amenities and people working at the reception. The lobby smells amazing. However, there are only 4 elevators for the entire building. I wish they had more elevators. The closest elevator to my house is at the other end of the building.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2025I'm really enjoying my first week here at Modera! Shoutout to Cally & Milly for being super helpful ?? However, I do wonder if there's a more efficient way to haul belongings from car to apartment. Also, the parking garage is pretty tedious going up and down.
