Adequate housing with nice management
March 16, 2018The apartments are old but they do a good job keeping them up. There are some differences from apartment to apartment so make sure you see YOUR unit prior to signing. The two bedrooms are very big (and equal sized). Our king size bed and two dressers fit in there with some room to spare. The closets are about the full length of the wall... pretty big. Small kitchen (but some have Mir cupboards than others). My favorite part was the owners they care about the renters. Great place to live until time to move out....
November 30, 2016My wife and I loved Brentwood when we first moved in, the old manager was great to work with and very nice and approachable. However, due to the many changes life brings, we decided to move out and find a different place to live. During this time, management changed and the new manager was distant, unpersonable, and extremely rude. When we moved in there was an absolute no pet policy, however the new manager decided that she could have a dog and not allow others to. We were also told we had to ...pay a move out fee of $200 if we wanted to move out, and we couldn't rent it out to anyone except those on their wait list. Very difficult to work with and never available. Don't even get me started on maintenance. It took 5 emails and multiple calls to try and fix a leak in the dishwasher (that we never used). Once the leak was fixed our apartment smelled like mold and after multiple requests to get this taken care of, we were told that they couldn't do anything for us about that.
