Renters Reviews and Ratings
Extremely rude
September 19, 2024The woman that answered the phone was rude with me. And judge me before Meeting me. And assumed I wasn't able for the apartment requirements. No customer service at all. She def didn't care. No sympathy or understanding.Review from Apartments.com
Spacious rooms Great location
June 19, 2023My daughter lives here with my granddaughter. They each have their own bedroom. Both Bedrooms are adequate spacially! My daughter has a queen-sized bed dresser 2 night stands and makeup vanity and there is still plenty of walking room. The closets are huge. The location is Moorestown and the kids that live here attend Moorestown Schools, which are highly rated in South Jersey! The kitchen and bathroom are both on the smaller side, but sufficient for what they need. The neighbors are nice and ...helpful to each other. It's a small hidden community and I feel like they are in a great place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Okay Place
April 13, 2019My grandmother has been living there for a good 15-18 years now and it’s fine but very small. Not fit for a big family. Some neighbors tend to be very loud and rude, and the landlady’s daughter is known to barge in at any moment for “inspections”. On top of that, despite being in Moorestown technically, the surrounding area is very ugly to say the least. Whiskey bottles, cigarette butts, and generally just a lot of trash litter the sidewalks and grass areas. If you don’t mind any of this kinda ...stuff, then go right ahead.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
