November 9, 2018If you want a selfish, rude and disrespectful landlord then this is the place for you! If want to live in an apartment complex where the property managers truly care about their tenants and don't treat them like they are scum, I would suggest renting from someone else. Just know that if you hear negative things about Taylor Real Estate Solutions, it's the truth.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible!!!! Do not rent one of these apartments!
September 6, 2016The owner and manager are horrible. They will not respond to complaints. The tenant below me was loud at all hours of the day/night, played loud rap music and smoked dope. The dope smell then invaded my apartment. Anytime I complained I was told to call the police. There was garbage everywhere, the parking lot was always full of trash. When I moved out I left the apartment in better shape than I found it and it was spotless (paid a cleaning service) and the manager deducted $150 from my ...returned deposit for painting the walls and cleaning the carpets (neither had been done when I moved in). The apartment did not feel safe either if you are a single female. BE WARE!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
