December 13, 2023Property manager is excellent. The concept unique, but very dated. Close to downtown. Amenities and appliances are in serious need of an upgrade. Security is non-existent despite the high crime rate neighborhood. Parking is terrible due to theft in an unsecured open lot. Your immediate neighbors are The Samaritan Center and The Snowdon. Helio Health also has a strong presence in the neighborhood along with CPEP at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Do your research.Review from Apartments.com
Rudest people on the phone I have ever experienced
May 31, 2022She was unaware what todays date was. Called my phone, I answered and she hung up. I then called back the number. The annoyance I got on the other end was abhorrent. She said she had called me back to tell me there was no availability. She was considering her physically dialing the number saying no words and hanging up, as informing me that they have no availability. Availability soon means August. Not sure why she can't put that on her websiteProperty Manager Responded
May 31, 2022We are terribly sorry you had such a bad experience.Our phone system was not working properly and caused interruptions and static when we answered phone calls today which resulted in us appearing rude.Although we can’t always accommodate our clients dates, we try to respond and assist them with an alternate date.Clients who contact us by email are notified by email of our current availability.As our inventory is limited and availability changes rapidly we do our best to keep our listing relevant..We will try harder to keep our listing current.Please check back again if you don’t find housing .
