October 19, 2023We know exactly who this is. Our office staff is on call 24/7 for anything that needs repairs or any concerns! Most tenants all have our private phone numbers. Just because you did'nt receive your security back because of the DAMAGE you caused in your apartment, you should think about leaving bad reviews that lie!!! Have a great day!

November 3, 2015This apartment complex is great! The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. The apartment itself is very big and has a lot of storage which was needed coming from a big house. All the appliances were included so I didn't have to worry and who can beat free heat where we can control our tempuratures. The staff is very efficient, they take care of their tenants. I feel safe having my family here, there is a park right across the street and we can walk to the public pool. The only downside ...is laundry is not in apartments you have to go to the basement but hey that beats going to the laundry mat!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 24, 2015Nevin Park has one and two bedroom apartments with great closet space in all rooms (Two Walk-in closets! Plus free storage area in the lower level.) Responsive on-site manager and maintenance staff ensure you don't have to wait for help, when needed. And heat and hot water are included, so budgeting is simplified. Patios, on-site laundry and off street parking are added bonuses. Fantastic neighborhood that includes tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground right across the street. ...Community pool is two blocks away.
