Great property with nice upgrades
January 2, 2023Nordica Bay is a great location in St. Pete to live. I toured an apartment and loved all the new upgrades the management team is making to the apartment interiors. I haven't seen renovations like these in any of the older buildings in St. Pete. New quartz counters and pretty kitchen cabinets. Best of all, the building is in a safe area that is affordable- which is hard to come by these days.Review from Apartments.com

October 8, 2022I am a current resident; this property does look like it does online. If anyone is interested drive by, it's disgusting.
