    They buckle and dime you to death with fees and boast about a rooftop deck that’s disgusting. The building is sweltering hot in the summer but they charge you a fee for using an AC. Just greedy. The building is a landlord special mess. Focused more on tacky aesthetics rather than quality work.

    These apartments are absolutely wonderful! I have recently moved into a newly remodeled one bedroom apartment. The apartment has refinished hardwood floors, these amazing custom cabinets and counter-tops, brand new stainless steel appliances and lots of other little things. I love the charm of the of the building, I was told it was an old hotel. The staff had been very accommodating. I had a few little things that needed to be done in my apartment (screen put in and the new toilet seat was not ...

    My apartment building is very large and diverse. It is located in a great area of downtown Rochester; close to restaurants, bars, festivals, and concerts. I currently live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with all utilities included. So far, I have been very happy with my apartment. The normandie staff are very prompt with all maintenance requests.
