June 26, 2024I had a great experience renting through this company for the last two years! The landlord is extremely attentive and prompt with any concerns. Rent is paid through Apartments.com which I thought was very convenient and easy to use. Overall, the place was in great shape and certainly one of the best locations near Athens, OH (Ohio University). I can speak from experience as I was a university student at one point! The location is quiet and perfectly distanced from the university for anyone ...looking for housing off campus, particularly professionals and families. Highly suggest!Property Manager Responded
