of the apartment are attended to in a slow manner. I understand that there are way more people in other units and other properties, but I still feel like the management are handling their work load inefficiently. Several times I have documented a issue, submitted it and called about it. Despite my efforts and following protocol, I still never received a reply. So some issues I just to take care of myself. Which I did not like having to do. I have a dedicate my personal time and take away from my studying and work to fix something that is technically not my responsibility. However, there are some things I enjoyed here such as the location of the apartment and the community is quiet. Overall, the experinces here is ok, but still hard considering my personal and slightly unenjoyabe due to some qualities the apartments lack. So I will not be renewing my lease, and instead will find a better place for me. I think this apartment complex is more desirable for an older person or someone that is not enrolled in college.
